Guardianships:
Protection for incapacitated persons under the Revised Code of Washington, Title 11. Prepare Petitions to the court to determine if an alleged incapacitated person (AIP) is legally incapacitated. Have a Guardian Ad Litem investigate and report to the court. If the AIP is found to be incapacitated, then have a Guardian appointed to represent the incapacitated person. Assist the Guardian with reports to the court, periodic reviews, and accountings.Estate Planning/ Wills:

If no Will, then file intestate estate according to law. Notice to Creditors, DSHS, and IRS.
